What began as a business dedicated solely to providing fine, durable finishes has evolved into the Triangle’s premier upholstery and refinishing business. The knowledge base that owner Dan McKenzie built as a young man growing up in the fine furniture industry was invaluable to beginning a successful business. What has really allowed Finish Pros to survive and even prosper through a recent troubled economy is the company’s love and sincere appreciation for its customers.

When recently asked about the single most distinguishing quality of his business, Dan answered, “We truly care”. Whether our team is working on an eighteenth century Chippendale sofa or a Lazy Boy recliner from the 1980’s, we want our customers to smile. Nothing pleases us more than to hear the “oohs” and “ahs” of a satisfied customer when they first see their newly restored piece of furniture, or their newly refinished kitchen.
